Completing your grant application

Review grant information carefully before beginning your application.

The grant application form has been separated into four sections:

• Basic Information

• Community Engagement & Impact

• Budget

• Certification

Be prepared to complete all sections in one sitting, as you cannot save and return to the application. You must click “next” at the end of each section to proceed to the next, and you must click “submit” on the final page, or your application will not be received.

All fields are to be considered required unless otherwise marked.
